In a catastrophe event, NthStar Pty Ltd understands the trauma our customers have suffered when losing their family homes and hard-earned possessions. Therefore, to ensure our customer is comforted through such traumatic events, we ensure the customer service aspect of the repair process is maintained to a premium standard, as we understand that comfort and peace of mind is a critical aspect in the initial recovery phase following the event.
NthStar Pty Ltd can provide the following catastrophe services whilst maintaining the expected levels of service:
- Response and site attendance within 48 hours (subject to availability)
- Initial customer contact within 2 hours
- 72 hours after inspection for quote/causation report submission
