We understand a comprehensive claim-to-completion solution is the key to a smooth flowing repair process. Our start-to-finish service ensures that our client’s need are serviced by providing a prompt response to requests, a competitive quote returned within 48 hours, an information Building Assessment Report compiled by a trade qualified team member, and management of customers, trades, supervisors, etc.
Our licensed Supervisors manage all works and tradespeople, providing a weekly Job Progress Report to track repair progression. Our selected tradespeople: covering carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, plastering, painting, tiling, bricklaying, and cabinet making, help complete the package. On completion of all works a site inspection is carried out by the job Supervisor to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction.
